ReceptionistPlus Answering Service

The ReceptionistPlus service from ReceptionHQ adds live operator capabilities to your ReceptionHQ Personal Number. This is no ordinary messaging service - all your calls are answered in your company name by our friendly receptionists and transferred to you wherever you are.

You may be at home, on your mobile, at a Hotel, at a client site. We will contact you wherever you are. You can update your contact numbers anytime in Message Centre - our online unified messaging system.

When there is a call for you we will place the caller on hold and while they listen to music, we will call you if you are available and tell you who is on the line. You decide whether to take the call or use any one of our messaging options:

• We can take a message and forward it to you by Email, SMS or Voicemail
• We can send the call to your personal Voicemail system.
• You can wait on the line while we talk to your caller and come back to you and give you the message immediately.

Our customers include mobile professionals, sole traders, Small Businesses and even Enterprises who use us for overflow periods or when their own receptionist is away or at lunch.
