Bilingual coverage by US-based receptionists is available 5am-7pm MST every day of the week, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

That’s the equivalent of 7am-9pm EST or 8am-10pm EDT, depending on the time of year.

After-hours surcharges apply to bilingual call answering on weekends and federal holidays.
