You can set your business phone number to divert (to the unique local phone number we allocate your business during the free trial setup process) only when the phone rings for more than a specified period (such as after 5 rings) or if your line is busy.

In such instances, our receptionists will then answer the phone as if we were in your office. You’re always in control and can relax knowing there’s always someone available to answer your calls.

Yes, during core business hours. Our US-based receptionists across Florida, North Carolina, Missouri and Arizona are available to answer calls between 5am and 7pm MST seven days a week, however an after-hours surcharge applies to calls outside 5am-7pm MST Monday to Friday (including all weekend) or on a US Federal Holiday. For businesses in Eastern Time states, that’s the equivalent of 7am-9pm EST or 8am-10pm EDT depending on the time of year.

Calls from 7pm-5am MST (9pm-7am EST or 10pm-8am EDT) are handled by our equally skilled, English-speaking team in Australia – trained to the same high standards and delivering the same quality of service around the clock.
