Are calls answered within the United States?

Yes, during core business hours. Our US-based receptionists across Missouri, Florida, North Carolina and Arizona are available to answer calls between 5am and 7pm MST seven days a week, however an after-hours surcharge applies to calls outside 5am-7pm MST Monday to Friday or on a US Federal Holiday. For businesses in Central Time states, that’s the equivalent of 6am-8pm CST or 7am-9pm CDT depending on the time of year.

Calls from 7pm–5am MST (8pm-6am CST or 9pm-7am CDT) are handled by our equally skilled, English-speaking team in Australia – trained to the same high standards and delivering the same quality of service around the clock.
