Bilingual coverage by US-based receptionists is available 5am-7pm MST every day of the week, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

That is the equivalent of 6am-8pm CST or 7am-9pm CDT, depending on the time of year.

After-hours surcharges apply to bilingual call answering on weekends and federal holidays.
