We offer per-call pricing on our MessageExpress and Receptionist Plus plans. We offer per-minute pricing on our MyAssistant and MyDiary plans.

Choose per-call pricing if:

  • Your calls are typically brief (simple messages, quick inquiries)
  • You value predictable costs per interaction
  • Most calls require similar handling time

Choose per-minute pricing if:

  • Your calls vary significantly in length
  • Detailed information capture is essential
  • You want to pay only for the exact time used

Both models include the same professional service quality. You can also switch between models as your needs change – there’s no lock-in contract.
