ReceptionHQ is excited to announce that Luisa Di-Finizio has joined our team as Global Head of Contact Centers.
Based in our Australian parent company OfficeHQ’s Maroochydore office, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Luisa will be ultimately responsible for ensuring we deliver an exceptional virtual receptionist service for all clients across the United States, the United Kingdom and Australasia.
Luisa will work closely with our team leaders, and their teams of friendly, professional virtual receptionists, to continue to grow and deliver the premium receptionist experience we provide for our clients’ callers.
Luisa joins us following an extensive career overseeing contact center operations in various locations around the world. Her experience includes senior roles at blue chip companies including Commonwealth Bank, Serco and Barclays.
