Where is ReceptionHQ based?

he Southwest is our home. ReceptionHQ’s US headquarters are in Phoenix, Arizona – where the majority of our reception team is based – with additional US receptionists in Missouri, North Carolina and Florida.

Are calls answered within the United States?

Yes, during standard US business hours. Calls are handled by our US-based reception team (mostly located in Arizona with some receptionists in Missouri, North Carolina and Florida) from 5am-7pm MST Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.

After-hours calls are answered by our Australian team – equally skilled receptionists in an English-speaking country with similar business culture and professional standards. All receptionists receive the same training and deliver the same professional service, ensuring 24/7 coverage without compromising quality.

Our core hours are based on Phoenix, Arizona time. Depending on where your business is located in the Southwest, your local equivalent may shift by one hour from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November. Here’s how that breaks down.

  • Mountain Daylight Time (where observed): 6am-8pm MDT
  • Pacific Time: 4am-6pm PST / 5am-7pm PDT
