Yes.  Spanish bilingual service is included with every account at no additional cost.  Whether Spanish-speaking callers are common or occasional to your business, we provide customizable options free of charge to ensure exceptional experiences for your Spanish and English-speaking callers.

Bilingual coverage by US-based receptionists is available 5am-7pm MST every day of the week, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

That is the equivalent of 4am-6pm PST or 5am-7pm PDT, depending on the time of year.

After-hours surcharges apply to bilingual call answering on weekends and federal holidays.

Are calls answered within the United States?

Yes, during core business hours. Our US-based receptionists are available to answer calls between 5am and 7pm MST seven days a week, however an after-hours surcharge applies to calls outside 5am-7pm MST Monday to Friday (including all weekend) or on a US Federal Holiday. For businesses in Pacific Time states, that’s the equivalent of 4am-6pm PST or 5am-7pm PDT depending on the time of year.

Calls from 7pm-5am MST (6pm-4am PST or 7pm-5am PDT) are handled by our equally skilled, English-speaking team in Australia – trained to the same high standards and delivering the same quality of service around the clock.

Where is ReceptionHQ based?

ReceptionHQ’s US headquarters, primary reception operations and customer service team are based in Phoenix, AZ. We’ve been providing 24/7 virtual reception services to US businesses since 2007.

All outbound calling is handled by our US-based receptionists, who are located in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina and Missouri, ensuring your customers experience professional American voices representing your brand.

Depending on where your business is located in the Southwest, your local equivalent may shift by one hour from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November:

  • Mountain Daylight Time (where observed): 6am-8pm MDT
  • Pacific Time: 4am-6pm PST / 5am-7pm PDT
